Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging when reasonably possible. We may ask for photos before approving a return.

How to start a return

Email cjh314127@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the reason for the return. Please do not send items back without return authorization.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is caused by our error.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Non-returnable items

Used items, items damaged by customer handling, and items returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund. If a product is marked final sale, customized, or non-returnable on the product page, that product may not be eligible for return except where required by law.

Return address or process

Please contact us before sending any return. After we review and approve your request, we will provide the return instructions for that order. Returns sent without prior authorization might not be accepted.
