Zodia Bloom currently ships to the United States.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping method
We use tracked shipping whenever available. The shipping method shown at checkout is Standard Tracked Shipping.
Estimated delivery time
Estimated delivery is 7-15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, address issues, or peak-season volume.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24-72 hours after dispatch to appear in the carrier system.
Shipping address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at 283541981@qq.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or dispatch.
Lost, delayed, or returned packages
